PAWNEE SHRINE CLOWNS MISSION STATEMENT

• MAIN ACTIVITY: Participate in parades, and the annual Pawnee Shrine Club Circus.

• EVENTS/FUNCTIONS: We also perform for various children events sponsored by
  local businesses, such as Christmas parties, company picnics, and at Shrine activities such as the Shrine newspaper distribution.

• MEETINGS: First Monday of the month 6:30 PM., prior to Pawnee Shrine Club Meeting.

• ANNUAL DUES: $13.00

• ADDITIONAL COSTS: Members quite often invest in clown costumes, paraphernalia, and related items; costumes may be elaborate, commercially - made outfits or simple
  homemade costumes.

• PREREQUISITES TO JOIN: A desire to associate with some great companions and to have fun with kids. We have several members who do not wear costumes at our activities but who nevertheless participate with face painting, etc.

• SPECIAL SKILLS: The ability to relate to kids.

• OTHER INFORMATION: Our unit has a decorated trailer resembling a circus tent which we use in parades and which our members may ride if they do not wish to walk during a long, hot parade. We welcome brother Nobles of all ages, abilities and interests.
